You may be considering seeing a therapist because you’re either unhappy with yourself, dissatisfied with aspect(s) of your life resulting in experiences of anxiety and/or depression or impacted by a traumatic event or series of traumatic events which you simply can’t shake off.

The list of reasons to come and see a counsellor is endless but very personal and individual to you. Whatever your reason, chances are you are looking for help to either create some change in you or the situations you find yourself in.

Counselling may be seen as a last chance saloon, but I like to view it as a beginning; a beginning to discovering you, what you want and how you want to be.  It’s about talking with purpose to find out how you can change and find ways and means of living the life you actually want to live.

It may not be an easy road to go down, but  the rewards can be life changing.
